ICEBOX CINNAMON MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. nuts

Sift flour twice, then sift with cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Then add remaining ingredients and mix. Store in refrigerator or put in greased muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. This may be stored in the refrigerator for a few days and the batter used cold from the refrigerator and baked. Yield: 20 muffins.
