POTATO BAKE 
4 c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 (1 1/2) pkg. dried onion soup mix
2 tbsp. melted butter

Spoon mashed potatoes into large bowl; stir in cream cheese, eggs (lightly beaten) and onion soup mix. Put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. (Works well in the microwave.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
