PARTY MINI-MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and arrange in a large glass baking dish. Do not stack meatballs.

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. grape jelly
1/3 c. lemon juice

Blend ingredients. Pour sauce evenly over meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Pour off excess fat.
