CANNELLONIS 
1 (16 oz.) can spinach, drained
1 container ricotta cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box cannelloni shells

Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Put 1 pint spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan and put stuffed shells on top. Cover with 1 or 2 more pints of sauce. Bake covered with foil for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and cover with 1 package of grated Mozzarella (can add some Parmesan, if desired). Bake 10 more minutes.
