MOLDED PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. hot pineapple juice
1 pack lime Jello (3 oz.)
1 can Carnation or any milk, chilled & beaten
2 packs Philadelphia cream cheese (3 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cherries to garnish

Dissolve Jello in hot pineapple juice and cool. Beat evaporated milk until stiff. Beat in cream cheese in small pieces. Combine all ingredients and mold. Garnish with cherries.
