DOG BISCUITS 
1 envelope dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 tbsp. sugar
10 oz. warmed chicken or beef broth or bouillon
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. rye flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 to 1 c. corn or wheat flake cereal
1/2 c. dry milk powder
1 tbsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar, stir and let stand 5 minutes. Add broth or bouillon.

In second bowl, combine dry ingredients, combine yeast mixture with flour mixture, adding only enough flour to make a soft dough that will knead like bread. Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut into bone shapes or use cookie cutters.

Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until nicely dried.
