TURKEY DELIGHT 
2 lbs. turkey breasts, sliced into steaks 1/2 inch thick and lightly pounded
1 can cream of onion soup
8 tbsp. butter
1 lb. sliced mushrooms, fresh
1/2 c. water

Start butter melting in skillet; meanwhile mix 1/2 cup water with cream of onion soup. Saute mushrooms in butter for 4 minutes, remove and set aside, saving butter in pan. Lightly fry the turkey until golden brown on both sides. Add mushrooms, pour over all the onion sauce and stir gently to coat meat. Simmer on low until meat is tender, 30 to 45 minutes. Great with corn, scalloped potatoes and salad.
