SPINACH SUPREME 
2 boxes chopped spinach, cooked
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 lb. butter, divided in half
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing

Mix the drained spinach with cream cheese and half the butter. Stir well and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt remaining butter and mix with sage and bread crumbs, sprinkle over spinach. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Doubles well.
