FRESH PEACH CAKE | |
4 c. fresh chopped peaches 1 c. plus 1/2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. water 1 sm. container sour cream 1 lg. container non - dairy topping 1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix Cook peaches, sugar, flour and water until thickened. Use cake mix as package directs - use 2 pans. When cool, split the 2 layers in half. On one side spread the peach mixture. On the other side spread sour cream and stack. Cover with non - dairy topping. Serves 8 to 10. |
