BAKED PORK CHOPS A LA "NORA" | |
Brown chops; season. Peel and slice 1 1/2 medium onions and boil until almost tender in 2 cups water. Make a paste of 3 tablespoons flour and cold water and add to hot onions and water. Turn off heat and add 1/2 (small?) bottle catsup. Pour sauce over chops and bake, or cook in electric skillet until done. Enough sauce for 4 thick pork chops or six thin ones. |
