CHICKEN AND RICE ONION FLAVOR 
1 c. rice
2 c. water
1 chicken, cut into 8th's
1 single env. onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees. In a 9 x 11 inch Pyrex or any oven proof dish, put 1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water and onion soup mix. Mix together. Lay chicken pieces on top. Bake for 40-50 minutes, no need to turn the chicken or mix the rice while baking.
