1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2-2 tbsp. liquid smoke

Mix and brush on meat and marinate overnight. In heavy duty foil place in roaster, cover with foil and lid (be sure and use both foil and lid). Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours (3-5 pounds). Do not open. Baste.
