CHICKEN-RICE SALAD 
6 chicken breasts
1 bunch green onions
3 chopped jalapenos
1 sm. green pepper
Garlic, lemon pepper, salt and pepper to taste (Add this to rice mixture)
1 bunch parsley
2 chopped tomatoes
3 c. cooked rice
1 sm. bottle Sunkist lemon juice
Equal amount of cooking oil

Season chicken breasts well. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until done. While chicken is cooling, mix other ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Chop chicken into bite size pieces and add to rice mixture. Serve as salad or main dish.
