CAESAR SALADE DEBLOTTS 
Romaine lettuce
Juice from 1 1/2 fresh lemons
1/2 c. olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic (or more)
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Parmesan cheese
1 full can anchovies, smashed with fork
1-2 eggs (optional (yolks only are okay or not all all, add more oil & juice for moisture)
Croutons

Press garlic in oil and let set for 2 hours minimum. Mix in all ingredients, except cheese and lettuce, until pasty. Add lettuce and cheese then toss.
