1 lb. ground chuck
Dice 1 onion
1 egg
Mashed potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix together and bake until done. Cook mashed potatoes enough to cover layer of meat and add the other half of the cream of mushroom soup. Grate cheese and cover the top and bake until cheese melts. You can make variations of this. A can of Ranch style beans in between the meat and potatoes is also good.
