MEAL IN A SKILLET 
1 lb. cooked ground turkey or beef
2 c. cooked sliced carrots
4 c. canned tomatoes
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 tsp. each salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes
4 tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 c. French cut green beans
2 c. water
A few sprinkles hot pepper flakes (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a big skillet. Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
