VEAL STROGANOFF 
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. veal cutlets or round steak
1 c. condensed cream mushroom soup (10 oz.)
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. sliced mushrooms

Cut veal into 1/2 inch strips. Mix together flour, salt. Dredge meat in mix. Melt butter in pan. Add veal, onion. Cook over medium high heat.

Brown all meat sides. Add soup, mushrooms. Stir. Cover. Simmer 45 to 60 minutes. Add sour cream. Heat. Serve on noodles.
