HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
3 qts. salted water
Sm. can tomato paste
2 or 3 carrots, thinly sliced
1 med. onion
2 ribs celery
2 c. water
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 box orzo pasta

Fry ground beef and drain fat. In blender, puree onion, and celery with the 2 cups of water. Combine all ingredients (except pasta) in large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add orzo. Simmer 15 minutes; stir often. Season to taste.
