PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. beef roulade
1/8 c. oil
Garlic to taste
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 c. sliced green pepper
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. water and 1 tbsp. flour
1 to 2 lb. tomatoes

Brown beef in oil and garlic. Add soy sauce, salt and 1/2 cup water. Cook 45 minutes. Add green pepper and onion; cook 10 minutes.

Stir in remaining water and flour; cook until mixture thickens. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
