STUFFED QUAHOGS 
3 dozen quahogs
2 lbs. chourice
1/2 lb. butter
3 green peppers
3 lg. onions
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. bay leaves
3 cloves garlic
6 stalks celery
3 c. Kellogg's Special K's crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. turkey seasoning

Saute ground quahogs, chourice, garlic, celery, peppers, and onions in butter. Add to other ingredients, should be moist. Grease shells and fill; sprinkle with paprika. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
