STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 head cabbage, chopped
2 c. Minute Rice
1 lg. can tomato soup
1 green pepper, chopped

Brown ground beef and drain. Add tomato soup and 2 cans of water. Add onion, green pepper and cabbage. Bring to boil. Boil until cabbage is cooked (about 10 minutes). Add rice, cover for 5 minutes.
