STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. to med. head of cabbage chopped
1 c. raw rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut

Brown ground chuck in dutch oven. Add onion and cabbage plus the tomato soup, tomatoes and sauerkraut. Cover and let simmer for 1 hour or until cabbage is almost done. Add raw rice and continue cooking until rice and cabbage are tender.
