STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. sauerkraut
1 tomato soup
2 (#2) cans tomatoes
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Layer meat, rice, cabbage, salt.

SAUCE:

1 lg. onion (saute)
1 tomato soup
2 (#2) cans tomatoes
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Place on top of layered mixture.

Note: If using crock pot, layer sauce with other ingredients.

Sprinkle sauerkraut on top. Bake covered, 350 degrees 1-2 hours; 275 degrees 3- 4 hours.
