CORN CUSTARD 
1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
1 sm. can whole corn with no juice
1 reg. size can cream style corn with little water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all ingredients, except the Jiffy cornmeal mix. Then add the Jiffy and pour into prepared 9 x 13 inch pan. Dab with butter on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
