SWORDFISH SLICES IN WINE SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh swordfish, cut in 1" slices
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
3 tbsp. sherry wine
Lemon slices

Saute swordfish and parsley for 3 minutes on each side in a mixture of the butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add the wine, salt and pepper and cook for an additional three minutes. Serve with lemon.
