CAVENDER'S SWORDFISH | |
2 swordfish steaks 1/3 c. white wine (I use Gallo Rhine) 3 tbsp. butter (I use diet Country Crock) Cavender's all purpose Greek seasoning Melt butter and combine with wine. Pour half of the mixture on one side of the fish. Sprinkle liberally with seasoning. Repeat on the other side of the fish. Broil in oven 6 minutes on each side. 12 minutes total. Very tender, NO fishy taste or smell. Quick, easy and delicious. |
