NACHOS SUPREME 
1/2 lb. ground beef
Tortilla Chips
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup guacamole dip, of choice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, diced

In a large skillet, break up ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain. Pat with paper towels to remove excess fat. Set aside. Next spread tortilla chips to cover a large (12 inch) oven proof platter, allowing some overlap. Arrange meat evenly over tortilla chips. Sprinkle cheeses atop meat and chips.

Bake chips at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese melts. Spoon favorite guacamole dip over cheese and meat, followed by sour cream. Top with olives and jalapenos. Serve warm.
