PIZZELLES 
1 c. shortening (1/3 c. butter + 1/2 c. Crisco)
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 eggs
Pinch salt
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. anise oil
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Mix together all ingredients except oil. Then spoon in the oil. Bake pizelles. Eat plain or roll when hot and fill with filling. Great frozen.
