VANILLA CREAM PIE 
1 (9") baked pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. butter

NOTE: If you want chocolate cream pie, add 1/4 cup Hershey cocoa.

Mix sugar, flour and salt together. Add milk. Cook over low heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Beat egg yolks and combine with cooked mixture. Cook 2 or 3 minutes longer. Add butter and vanilla flavoring. Stir and pour into baked pie shell.
