PINOCHE 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. cream
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Combine brown sugar, white sugar, cream, light corn syrup, and salt in saucepan. Cook to soft ball (234 degrees) stage. Add butter. Cool to lukewarm; add vanilla. Beat until creamy; mix in 1/2 cup nuts, pour into greased pan.
