WHOLE WHEAT CARROT PINEAPPLE
CAKE
 
Mix:

1 1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Add:

1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar

Mix well and add:

2 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. walnuts, crushed

Bake in greased and floured 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
