SOUR CREAM CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 - 7 chicken breasts, cooked until tender and cut into bite size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Put in large casserole dish. Crush Ritz and cover mixture. Melt butte rand pour over crushed crackers. Cook at 350 degrees until brown.
