HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
6 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 can evaporated milk
1 pt. half and half
Whole milk

Cook all ingredients (except the milk) until it just begins to steam. Pour mixture into the ice cream maker drum, then fill to the line in the drum with whole milk. Put the lid on and mix until frozen.
