COMPANY CHICKEN BREAST 
3 whole boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Budding sliced beef, not diced
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Bacon (1 strip for each half of chicken breast)
Paprika

Cut each boneless breast in half and remove skin. Layer beef slices on bottom of large casserole dish (13x9x2 or layer). Roll each half of breast and wrap with 1 strip of bacon. Lay chicken on top of sliced beef. Combine sour cream with soup. Pour or spread over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Cover with foil only if chicken begins to look dry.
