OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE | |
Sift or mix together: 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt Cream together: 2/3 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar Add and beat well together: 2 eggs Add dry ingredients alternately with: 1 c. buttermilk Spread batter in well greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread topping over batter and pat into batter. TOPPING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg Mix together. Cover pan with foil and refrigerate 8 hours. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. |
