1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda mixed in 1 c. sour milk
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Flour, enough to make a soft dough

Mix ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls into hot grease. Doughnuts turn over by themselves. Roll in sugar when slightly cooled.
