16 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Stir together crushed cookies and melted butter. Spread all but 1 cup of cookie mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish.

Mix cream cheese and half of Cool Whip. Spread on top of cookie mixture. Mix milk and pudding and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread remainder of Cool Whip over pudding and top with remaining cookie crumbs.
