2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs

Do not mix in mixer. Combine in a large bowl (sift together) : sugar, flour, cocoa. Bring to boil in saucepan: butter, water and oil. Stir boiled mixture into bowl and mix well. Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs.

Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-35 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. sweet milk
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa

Mix ingredients together. Bring to boil. Remove from heat; pour over cake.
