BOILING EGGS
Unboiled eggs
Basic water
Salt
Ocean water (optional)

Get out a pan deep enough to cover eggs with water top to bottom. Turn on the stove after putting water and a dab of salt in the pan. If you have no dabs of salt in the house, use ocean water. Watch the water until it boils lots of bubbles and waves in the water. Put the eggs in the pan. Be sure the water covers the eggs a bunch. If after a few seconds you hear loud screeching noises, you have some eggs with real chicks in them. So you need to take these eggs out and put them back under a hen. If you choose to still use the chick eggs, take a scissors and cut off their lips so that they don't make any more noises. After 10 minutes, take out eggs to cool. Eggs are now ready to eat. If you choose not to peel off the shell, keep toothpicks (optional) handy. And yes, the green center of the yolk will bounce on a kitchen table.
