VELVEETA CHEESE POTATOES | |
10 med. potatoes, cooked and diced 1 onion, sliced or diced 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese Salt and pepper 2 sticks butter 3 slices bread, torn in pieces Combine potatoes, onions and bread pieces into large casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter and cheese together. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes or until bubbly, hot, and brown. |
