RAINUKA'S SPINACH DIP | |
1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (Lipton) 1 bunch fresh spinach (washed and chopped) 1 loaf sourdough bread Combine dairy sour cream and mayonnaise together. Add the package of vegetable soup mix, then add washed and chopped spinach. Note: Spinach dip is best if left covered in refrigerator overnight and served the next day. TO SERVE IN BREAD BOWL: Cut top of sourdough bread and hollow out the center. Fill with dip and cut bread from the center into cubes. Submitted by: Rainuka Dutta |
