PINTO BEAN PIE | |
1 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed real good, use enough liquid to moisten 1 can Angel Flake coconut 1 c. nuts, chopped 4 eggs 3 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 sticks butter, melted 2 unbaked pie shells Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla and melted butter. Add mashed pinto beans and beat good. Add coconut and nuts. Mix good and pour into pie shells. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Good to east warm or cool. |
