PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. solid packed pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla

First combine flour and brown sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter to make a crumb mixture; stir in nuts. Set aside 3/4 cup mixture for topping. Press into bottom of 8 x 8 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Second: Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla in large bowl. Blend until smooth; pour over baked crust. Pour reserved topping over then bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 24 bars (squares).
