1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 tbsp. bottled horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix all. Makes 1 cup. Serve with smoked trout or sturgeon and crisp crackers. A great preliminary to a Chateaubriand!
