1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. pecans
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate or butterscotch chips

Mix all ingredients together well, press into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
