SKILLET LASAGNE 
8 oz. cottage cheese
2 oz. Mozzarella
1 pkg. lasagne noodles
1 c. water
15 oz. tomato sauce
Spinach (optional)
1 lb. hamburg
Spice as desired

Brown meat in skillet; drain grease. Add tomato sauce and water; bring to boil. Add noodles; cover and boil 5 minutes. Add spinach; cover. Boil 5 minutes. Stir mixture.

Add cottage cheese by spoonfuls; sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes until noodles are done. Makes 4-5 servings. 1/4 of recipe has 435 calories.
