ZUCCHINI SOUP 
2 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. sliced carrots
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 can cheese soup
1 can potato soup
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 soup can water (or chicken broth)

Saute first 4 ingredients in 4 tablespoons butter. Add rest of ingredients. Cook 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
