HUNGARIAN DISH 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. hamburg or 1/3 beef, 1/3 fresh pork, and 1/3 veal ground together
1 clove garlic
1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Cut cabbage into quarters. Place in large kettle. Pour 1 can of tomato juice over cabbage. Mix uncooked rice with meat and form into small balls. Fry onions and garlic in small amount of oil; pour over cabbage and meat balls. Season highly. Cover. Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
