NUT GOODIE BARS | |
12 oz. chocolate chips 12 oz. butterscotch chips 2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. dry vanilla pudding 1 tsp. maple flavoring 1 c. melted butter 1/2 c. Carnation evaporated milk 2 lbs. powdered sugar 1 lb. salted red skin peanuts Melt and blend together chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Spread half into a 12"x16" jelly roll pan. Freeze while mixing the next layer. Bring to a boil the melted butter, vanilla pudding, evaporated milk and maple flavoring. Boil 1 minute. Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Spread on the chocolate layer. Add the peanuts to remaining chocolate and spread on as a third layer. Store in the refrigerator. |
