BUTTERMILK FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. pecans

Heat to boiling, stirring constantly until soft ball stage. Then beat about 7 minutes and fold in pecans.
